Positive: Great kids club facility and friendly staff. Grounds men were great at finding lost property :)

Negative: The heat and flies in the main restaurant, staff at times seemed exhausted which can bring down the energy. Some more snack options would be good for kids throughout the day such as veg&fruit&bread.

Summary: we really enjoyed our stay, a good stay but the finsihing touches were missing to make it an exceptional stay. Food was
